Barça is currently taking giant strides towards next season. Departures, signings, renewals… these are just some of the tasks being worked on, while off the pitch, progress is being made even faster with the announcement of the return to Camp Nou and the final details being ironed out for the sale of next season’s shirt.

Jersey on sale next week

The new jersey designed by Nike for FC Barcelona will bring back the crest on the side, over the heart, rather than in the center of the jersey as it has been this season. In addition, the vertical stripes will return, although with a gradient that will give the Barça jersey a more contemporary and modern look. The final design will be revealed in the coming days as, according to Mundo Deportivo, the team’s new home kit for the 2025-26 season is set to be unveiled on Wednesday morning and will go on sale that same day in the club’s official stores and department stores.

Return to Camp Nou

The other good news for Barça fans is the return to Camp Nou, which was officially announced on Wednesday. The return home will take place while work on the Spotify Camp Nou continues, so it will be necessary to live with construction in different areas of the stadium. The return date is set for August 10, when the team will play the Joan Gamper Trophy against an opponent yet to be confirmed, but which is likely to be Cesc Fábregas’ Como.

Back to work

“We will start preseason on July 13 with some trial training sessions. We will see how they are after the holidays. I will go on vacation, like others. Some players will go with their national teams and I will try to watch some games. I will be in Stuttgart to watch Spain vs. France. You don’t want to know where I’m going on vacation, do you? It’s a secret, I’m going far away,” said Hansi Flick before leaving on vacation.

This date has been confirmed in recent days by the club, which has scheduled medical examinations for the squad for the 13th, while on July 14, training will begin on the pitch to prepare for the Asian tour that the club will embark on in preseason. The first match is scheduled for July 27 in Kobe, Japan, against Vissel Kobe. The team will then head to South Korea where, pending official confirmation, it will play two matches on July 21 and August 4. It will then return to Barcelona to inaugurate the new Camp Nou in the Gamper.
